For attorneys and litigation.
I am a financial analyst and fractional CFO with an MBA and a career that began in banking and consulting at Arthur Andersen. Over more than thirty years I have valued businesses and real estate across Oklahoma, reviewed thousands of real estate appraisals in a lending capacity, and closed more than a billion dollars in real estate through firms I owned and operated. I hold active Oklahoma contractor credentials that stand behind my construction cost-to-cure work.
I have been qualified as an expert witness and have given deposition testimony in Tulsa County District Court. My analysis is independent and methodical, built from the outset to withstand cross-examination — not to argue a side, but to give counsel a number that holds.
